Complaints procedure:
Anyone who wishes to make a complaint must pay a fee of £20 which will be returned if the complaint is upheld.
All complaints must be made on the day by the complainant and not a spokesperson
Social media rules: You must not post or transmit any material which could dame the name or reputation of the club or its competitors/organizers. Any person found guilty of this would constitute a breach of our rules and could result in civil/criminal proceedings being brought against you.
Any person who conducts themselves in a manner which may be deemed to bring the show into disrepute. Any person who is acting in a manner that may be abusive to any animal, person, official judge, or steward will be disqualified and escorted off the showground.
Any person who behaves in a manner that is offensive to our judges or officials will be asked to leave the ring/showground. We will NOT tolerate competitors who are rude to our judges and stewards.
You must park where directed by parking stewards, any abuse to parking staff will result in being asked to leave the showground without exception. If there is no parking attendant when you arrive you must park properly and considerately, as close to your neighbour as possible, no big gaps as Muirmill does not allow tying up at side or lorries/trailers
Competitors may consider taking a temporary stable for the day if the foresee problems abiding by this rule, stables are booked directly through Muirmill

By coming to our shows you're agreeing to the Strathkelvin Riding Club Code of Conduct:
- All competitors or persons connected to the competitors must act in a sportsmanlike manner.
- No abuse will be tolerated to anyone at the the show.
- Any aggression or abuse shown by anyone at a show and would be seen as a breach to our code of conduct. This will then result in the person being asked to leave the showground. There could be consequences like being banned from further shows.
- All horses must be supervised.
- Please make sure your tidy up around your lorry / trailers at any show.
